Vandals went on the rampage in Limavady last week causing significant damage to a number of parked vehicles.
Several cars and a minibus belonging to local nursery were targeted overnight on Thursday, August 24 and Friday, August 25.
The vehicles were parked in an industrial estate off the Greystone Road, close to the new roundabout at Broad Road.
The PSNI took to Facebook to condemn the incident which they have described as 'wanton criminal damage'.
A PSNI spokesperson wrote: "This kind of wanton criminal behaviour not only places a large and unexpected financial burden on the owners of the vehicles, but causes disruption as the vehicles are unusable until fixed.
"Imagine if this was your parents car, or your child attended this nursery.
"We are keen to hear from you if you know anything about this incident. Just ring 101 and ask for Limavady police quoting reference number 270 of 25/Aug/17.
"Alternatively you can contact Crime Stoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
