Donnelly Group, one of Northern Ireland’s leading employers and the region’s largest independently owned motor retailer, has recognised its long-serving team members by awarding additional paid annual leave in acknowledgement of their dedication and continued contribution to the business.
In the company’s Campsie showroom, six employees were honoured for reaching significant service milestones with the company.
Those recognised included Mark Smyth, who celebrated a remarkable 30 years with Donnelly Group, Michael Nutt, who marked an impressive 20 years, Stephen Robinson and Ryan Houston, who reached their 15-year milestones, and Celine Logue and John Pierce, who celebrated 10 years with the company.

Since the introduction of the initiative, more than 420 employees across the Group have received long service awards.
Employees who reach each five-year service milestone receive an additional day of annual leave, recognising their long-term commitment, experience and contribution to Donnelly Group.
