Breda O’Kane (née Bradley), 16 Magheramore Road, Glenullin

Brian Deehan, Ivy Terrace, Derry

The death has taken place of Brian Deehan, March 10 2026, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, late of Ivy Terrace, loving father of John Paul, Jmily, Brian and Odhran, devoted grandfather of Tiarnan, Luke, Brian, Conan, Oscar and Bosco and dear brother of Eileen, Isobel, Charles, Owen, Letitia and the late Kevin, Jackie and Jim. Sadly missed by Kathy, Louise, Yvonne and Teresa and all his extended family and friends. Brian will be reposing in the family home, 36 Westland Street. Funeral from there on Friday at 9.30am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in St Columba’s Church, Longtower. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Family time please from 10.00pm to 11.00am. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.

Vera O'Connor (née O'Kane), 148 Tartnakelly Road, Ballykelly

It is with deep regret we announce the passing of the late Vera O'Connor (née O'Kane), March 11 2026, beloved wife of Frank, loving mother of Seamus, Sharon, Mairead and Suzanne, mother-in-law of Margaret and David, devoted grandmother of Ronan, Ryan, Sinead, Leanne, Kerrie, Erin, Brody, Callum and Quinn, great-grandmother of Rossa, Sam, Rudi, Leanna, Eibha, Nora and Enda and dear sister of Michael, James and the late Patrick, Betty, Annie and Colm. Vera's remains will be reposing in her home, 148 Tartnakelly Road, Ballykelly, on Thursday 12noon - 10.00pm. Funeral from there on Friday at 11.30am for 12o'clock Requiem Mass in St Finlough's Church, Ballykelly. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.

Ann O'Donnell (née McCourt), 18 Kenmare Park, Derry

The death has occurred of the late Ann O'Donnell (née McCourt), March 112026, peacefully after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family, at Foyle Hospice, beloved wife of the late Frankie, loving mother to Sean, Rachel, Laura and Ryan, devoted grandmother to Shea, Sophia, Mia, Ben and Jack, dear daughter of the late John and Winnie, cherished sister of Eamon, Mary, John and the late Pat, and a loving aunt. Loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle and her many friends. Ann will be reposing at her home, 18 Kenmare Park. Family Time Please From 10:00pm to 12:00noon. Funeral leaving her home on Saturday, March 14 at 9:20am. to St. Columba’s Church, Long Tower for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart Of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady Of Lourdes intercede for her.

Breda O’Kane (née Bradley), 16 Magheramore Road, Glenullin

Funeral arrangements for the late Breda O’Kane (née Bradley, The Fort, Craigavole), Died March 11 2026 (Glenullin). N.B. Breda’s wake will commence on Thursday, March 12 at 12 noon. Everyone welcome to call at the family home, 16 Magheramore Road, on Thursday and Friday from 12 noon to 10pm. A shuttle bus will be running from No3 Magheramore Road (The Top yard) on Thursday and Friday from 5.00pm to 10.00pm for traffic coming from the Swatragh side. Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family Breda R.I.P. beloved wife of John Bernard (Roshie); loving mother of Shane, Ciara (McGilligan), Oonagh (Doyle), Gemma, Sinéad (Henry), Nóilín (Scullion) and Eugene, dear mother-in-law of Gráinne, Thomas, Trevor, Diarmuid, Dominic and Maria and much adored Granny of Cormac, Róisín, Sean Óg, Padraig, Orláith, Ruairi, Louis, Hannah, Donncha, Síofra, Tadhg, Eimear, Mícheál, Dáithí, Cara, Fionn and Meabhín. Daughter of the late Joe and Jennie and sister of Michael, Marian (Quigley), Seamus, Terence and the late Paddy and Rodger. Funeral from her late residence, 16 Magheramore Road on Saturday at 11:15am for 12 noon Requiem Mass in St. Joseph’s Church, Glenullin. (Mass can be viewed via the parish youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/@ParishofErrigalDerry)Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Sister Clare Crockett servant of God pray for her. Deeply regretted by the entire O’Kane and Bradley family circle. Family flowers only please.
