A woman who was involved in what was described as 'a fall out among street drinkers' has been jailed at Derry Magistrates' Court.
Biddy Mongan (26) of Clon Elagh in Derry admitted a charge of disorderly behaviour in the Strand Road area on September 18 last year.
The court heard that police observed Mongan shouting and waving her arms about on the Strand Road.
She then went into another fast food outlet but left again and then continued to shout in the street.
Defence solicitor Kevin Casey said Mongan recently been jailed at another court and asked Deputy District Judge Liam McStay not to interfere with her release date.
Mongan was sentenced to three months in prison.
