The Mayor Councillor Ruairi welcomed the 2017 year group of young footballers and their families from Sion Swifts to the Guildhall where he presented a commemorative piece of crystal to mark the team’s achievement of winning the Derry and District Summer and Winter Cups 2025. The Award was received on behalf of the team by Captain Eamonn Gallen pictured with his teammates and coaches, Barry McGuigan and Liam McNamee.
