IN PICTURES: Steelstown Primary School spreads Christmas cheer with Nativity performances

The performances captured the true spirit of Christmas

This festive season, Steelstown Primary School was filled with joy as pupils across the school presented a series of wonderful Christmas performances. Our Nursery, Primary 1, and Primary 4 pupils each showcased their own nativity productions, bringing families together to celebrate the true spirit of Christmas.

Every show was a celebration of inclusivity and creativity. All pupils had the opportunity to take part - whether through singing, dancing, acting, or using sign language to make the performances accessible to everyone. The upbeat atmosphere and heartwarming scenes captured the essence of Christmas, leaving families and friends smiling throughout.

Our dedicated teachers worked tirelessly to prepare these shows, ensuring that every child could shine. Their commitment and teamwork made these performances a resounding success, bringing together pupils, staff, and parents in a shared moment of festive joy.

Ms. Doorish shared her pride in the school community, saying: “I am so proud of each and every one of our pupils and their amazing families who helped make this an incredible event. This year’s nativity celebrations were more than performances - they reflected our school’s values of inclusion, community, and celebration.

“A special thank you to our raffle sponsors, whose generosity helped make this event even more memorable for our school community. Thank you to everyone who supported and attended.”
