Police searching for a missing Belfast man have recovered a body from the city’s River Lagan.
They said the body was recovered in the south of the city on Friday afternoon.

“While formal identification has not taken place, the family of Gary Bain who has been missing since 21st January has been informed,” a police spokesperson said.
Mr Bain, 37, was last seen in the Ormeau Bridge area, and police previously described how extensive searches have taken place for him.
