The man appeared before Derry Magistrates' Court
A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a number of drug charges following a Preliminary Enquiry at Derry Magistrates' Court.
Edward O'Hagan (49) of Drumleck Drive in Derry was charged with, on February 10, 2024, possession of and possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs, possession of Class C drugs and possession of criminal property.
He was also charged with, on July 8, 2024, possession of Class A and B drugs.
It was accepted that there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
O'Hagan chose not to submit any statements and not to call any witnesses.
He was returned for trial on bail to Derry Crown Court on March 19.
