Derry man returned for trial over alleged GBH and triple assault

A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on charges of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent and three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Connlan Boyle (21) of Rosskeen Park in Derry was charged with the offences that were said to have occurred on March 19 last year.

It was accepted that there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.

Boyle chose not to submit any statements and not to call any witnesses.

He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on March 18.
