The Mayor of Derry City and Strabane District Council, Councillor Ruairí McHugh, this week hosted a special civic reception at the Guildhall to honour the incredible journey and spirit of Adele Chapman.

Adele made medical history in 1998 as the first person in the UK to undergo a pioneering triple transplant.
