Donnelly Group Foundation, the charitable fund launched by Northern Ireland’s largest independent vehicle retailer, Donnelly Group, has marked its highest annual fundraising total to date, raising a record-breaking £34,393 for NI Children’s Hospice.
Selected by Donnelly Group employees as the 2025 Charity Partner of the Year, NI Children’s Hospice offers specialised emotional, social, and therapeutic support for babies, children, and families living with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions across Northern Ireland.
Roisin Donnelly, Donnelly Group Foundation spokesperson, said: “We are committed to making a positive difference to our local community, and NI Children’s Hospice strongly aligns with our values of supporting individuals, charities, and organisations in need.
“This cause is very close to many of our hearts, and we are delighted to have contributed to this meaningful work, knowing that our involvement will have a lasting impact on the lives of many.”
Throughout the partnership, Donnelly Group employees hosted and participated in a variety of fundraising activities, including coffee mornings, a golf day, a Christmas Carol Service, Dragon Boating on the River Lagan, and five sky dives.

Jessica Steele, Corporate Relationship Manager at NI Hospice, said: “A huge and heartfelt thank you to Donnelly Group and to all those involved who donated so generously.
“It has been amazing to see the team at Donnelly Group throw themselves into so many fundraising activities this year, whether it was getting into Dragon Boats or skydiving out of planes!
“The £34,393.22 raised is an amazing achievement, a generous donation that is enough to fund an entire year of planned respite care – rest, comfort, and joy delivered in three life-affirming visits – for two children.
“This will make a real and tangible difference, helping Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice to support babies, infants and children, and their families when they need us most.”
Donnelly Group works with 18 manufacturers in its nine branches in locations including Bangor, Belfast, Derry, Enniskillen, and Mallusk.
