A County Derry man breached his curfew twice in a matter of months, Derry Magistrates' Court was told today.
Sean Trainor (35) of Gleneely Villa's in Draperstown appeared charged with breaching his bail by not observing a curfew on February 1.
The court heard that police were dealing with an incident and the defendant's name was given to them.
Police checked Trainor's address and found the house empty.
Trainor was later arrested and bail was opposed as police believed he was 'unwilling' to abide by conditions.
A defence solicitor asked for a tag to be imposed as this would deal with the curfew issue.
He asked for 'one final opportunity' for the defendant.
Trainor was re-released on bail with an electronic tag added to his conditions and will appear again on February 23.
