Derry Court
A man who has 'multiple convictions' for public urination will be sentenced in March after a judge said his behaviour was 'appalling'.
Paul Farren (36) of John Street in Derry appeared and admitted indecent behaviour on June 5 last year.
The court heard that a person in their place of work observed Farren urinating in public on three occasions within a two hour period.
Defence solicitor Seamus Quigley said that Farren had issues with alcohol.
He said that the defendant had multiple convictions for similar offences and added that if he stayed off alcohol he was unlikely to appear in court.

Deputy District Judge Trevor Browne said that it wasn't as if most things had been tried before.
He said that if someone had a difficulty it was up to them to address it.
He requested a pre-sentence report and adjourned the case until March 27.
