Licences at five Chill off-licences suspended at Derry Magistrates' Court

The licences at five Chill off-licences in Derry have been suspended at the city's Magistrates' Court following an application by a member a PSNI licencing officer.
Two of the Chill off-licences are on the Culmore Road, one at Da Vincis and the other at the Magnet.
The other three off-licences are at the Hatmore shopping centre, Racecourse Road and the Buncrana Road.
The licences for the five premises were held by The Pub Corporation Limited whose sole director is local businessman and entrepreneur Garvan O'Doherty.
Mr. O'Doherty was not legally represented in court when the unopposed application was granted by District Judge Suzanne Rice.
