Police in Derry have charged two men with the offence of attempted theft following a report of an incident at commercial premises in the city on Sunday, January 25.
One of the men, aged 25 years old will appear before Derry Magistrates' Court today, January 27.
The second man, aged 29 years old, will appear before Derry Magistrates' Court on February 18.
As is usual procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
