Derry Court
A man has appeared at Derry Magistrate's Court charged with making threats to kill a security officer who works in the flats where he lives.
Kieran Cregan (35) of Patrick Street in Derry was charged with the offence that was said to have occurred on March 20 last year when he was said to have been heard making threats to kill the alleged injured party.

Police were opposed to bail as Cregan lives in the alleged victim's workplace.
Defence solicitor Paddy MacDermott said that there have been no further reports of anything between the two since the incident was said to have taken place last year, telling the court that they seem to have a 'good relationship'.
Bail was granted and he will appear again on February 5.
