A 25-year-old man has been charged by police following an incident in Derry city centre on Thursday, January 15, 2026.
The charges include criminal damage to a property, assault on police, and possession of a Class C drug.

The man is scheduled to appear before Derry Magistrate's Court tomorrow, Saturday, January 17.
