Man charged with drug-related offences to appear at Derry Magistrates' Court

The charges follow a planned search of a property in the Shantallow area of the city last night, January 15 as part of an investigation led by Derry City & Strabane District Support Team officers, supported by Maydown Tactical Support Team colleagues

The man is due to appear before Derry Magistrates' Court

A man has been charged with a number of drug-related offences and is scheduled to appear before Derry Magistrates' Court today. 
The man, aged 44 years old, has been charged with offences including Possession of a Class B controlled drug, Possession of a Class B controlled drug with intent to supply and Being concerned in the supply of a Class B controlled drug.
As is usual procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
