Derry Magistrate's Court
A man has been told that if he doesn't take his offending seriously he will end up in custody.
Craig Wright (35) of no fixed abode appeared at Derry Magistrate's Court where he admitted a charge of disorderly behaviour on December 16.
The court heard police were called to an altercation between two men one of them the accused.
The two were said to be 'squaring up to each other'.
Defence counsel Brendan Kearney said the defendant was co-operating with probation and asked that he be allowed to continue doing this.

He described the disorderly behaviour as being of 'relatively low level' and said it was an altercation with his cousin.
Wright was given a three month sentence suspended for 18 months.
