Police closed the Legavallon Road, Dungiven earlier today.
A number of searches were carried out in Dungiven on Saturday, December 27 following information received that a suspicious object may have been left in the area.
Following the searches nothing untoward was located and all roads have been re-opened.
Officers thanked anyone affected during this time for their understanding and co-operation.
