Representatives in attendance at the cross-border initiative supported by the International Fund for Ireland

Communities from Donegal and Causeway Coast and Glens gathered at the Waterfront Hotel Derry, to celebrate the achievements of the Coasts, Hills and Glens – Connecting Communities Project, a cross-border initiative supported by the International Fund for Ireland (IFI).

Led by Rathmullan the Way Forward CLG and Enterprise Causeway, the project has brought together over 60 community and development groups from traditional Unionist and Nationalist areas to collaborate on a series of cultural, creative and community development initiatives.

Those in attendance were John Gallagher, Director, Rathmullen The Way Forward; Shona McCarthy, Chairperson, International Fund for Ireland; Mick McGlynn, Chairperson, Rathmullen The Way Forward; Jayne Taggart, CEO Enterprise Causeway; Cathy McGorry, Enterprise Causeway and Claire Heaney McKee, Connecting Communities Project Officer and Rita McCaughey from Enterprise Causeway.
