Home Instead Foyle and Erne marks first year in business by supporting Altnagelvin Hospital

Home Instead Foyle & Erne is marking its first year in business by extending its mission of compassionate care beyond the home. The provider, which specialises in person-centred care across Derry, Tyrone, and Fermanagh, has donated emergency overnight bags to Altnagelvin Hospital’s Accident & Emergency Department for unexpected Christmas stays.

The bags, filled with essential items, will be available to patients who face an unexpected hospital stay over the Christmas period. The initiative is designed to bring comfort and dignity to people during what can often be a stressful and uncertain time.

Since opening last year, Home Instead Foyle & Erne has grown steadily, offering services such as personal care, companionship, dementia support, and respite for families. The company prides itself on delivering person-centred care that enables clients to remain independent in their own homes.
