Derry Magistrates' Court
A man has appeared at Derry Magistrates' Court following a breach of his bail conditions after being released on Monday.
Seamus Connor (44) of Great James Street in Derry was on bail for two separate counts of domestic assault with conditions including obeying a curfew and not entering Derry.
Connor lost his initial bail address after the owner of the property discovered that he was required to wear an electronic tag.
After finding another approved address, he was again released on Monday this week under the same conditions.
Connor was later arrested for breaching his curfew.
Police objected to bail as they said he is not taking his bail seriously and is at risk of breaching again.
Defence solicitor Chris Logue, when applying for bail, said that Connor simply went for a takeaway down the street from his approved address and 'lost track of time', breaching his curfew by 15 minutes or so.
He was once again granted bail under the same conditions and will appear again on April 10.
