Donnelly Group, one of Northern Ireland’s leading employers and the region’s largest independently owned motor retailer, has recognised its long-serving team members by awarding additional paid annual leave in acknowledgement of their dedication and continued contribution to the business.
In the company’s Campsie showroom, six employees were honoured for reaching significant service milestones with the company.

Those recognised included Mark Smyth, who celebrated a remarkable 30 years with Donnelly Group, Michael Nutt, who marked an impressive 20 years, Stephen Robinson and Ryan Houston, who reached their 15-year milestones, and Celine Logue and John Pierce, who celebrated 10 years with the company.
Róisín Donnelly, spokesperson for Donnelly Group, said: “Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and long-service milestones are an important opportunity to shine a light on the loyalty and expertise our employees bring to the business.
“It is especially meaningful to reward so many colleagues who have built their careers with us over many years, helping to shape our culture and uphold the high standards our customers expect.
“Creating an environment where people feel supported, valued and encouraged to progress is a key priority for us, and the strength of long-term service across our locations reflects this focus.”
Since the introduction of the initiative, more than 420 employees across the Group have received long service awards.
Employees who reach each five-year service milestone receive an additional day of annual leave, recognising their long-term commitment, experience and contribution to Donnelly Group.
Alongside its long-service recognition programme, Donnelly Group continues to invest in its workforce through competitive pay, an emphasis on work-life balance, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities, supporting employees at every stage of their careers.
