Headway Northern Ireland to celebrate its journey in “A Piece of Us” in Bellaghy

The event is set to bring together various Headway group members.

Headway Northern Ireland is inviting members, supporters, carers, and the wider community to a special evening of creativity, reflection, and celebration in County Derry as it marks its achievements and looks ahead to an exciting new chapter with Cedar.

The event, A Piece of Us, will bring together Headway groups from across Northern Ireland for a warm and heartfelt gathering celebrating friendships, milestones, and shared experiences.

A highlight of the evening is the screening of A Piece of Us, a short film by Michael Wilson, written and presented by Headway members. The film provides a powerful and personal glimpse into the spirit, resilience, and creativity that define the Headway community.

Guests will also enjoy A Collaborative Canvas, an exhibition of artwork created by members to capture the memorable moments and connections forged over the years.

The celebration takes place on Thursday, December 18, from 7pm to 8.30pm at the Seamus Heaney Centre, Bellaghy (BT45 8HT). Refreshments will be served, and all members, carers, families, volunteers, and supporters are welcome.

For further information email NorthernIreland@headway.org.uk.

Don’t miss this chance to celebrate the past, enjoy creativity in the present, and step together into Headway Northern Ireland’s bright future with Cedar.
