Elizabeth (Betty) Blaker (née McSeveney), Limavady

It is with deep regret we announce the passing of Elizabeth (Betty) Blaker (née McSeveney), February 13 2026 at Rush Hall Care Home, Limavady, aged 102 years, dearly loved mother of John, Kathleen, Raymond, Rosemary and the late Alan; and a much loved grandmother and aunt. Service of Thanksgiving in Wades Funeral Home on Tuesday at 1.30pm followed by interment in Coleraine Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Daniel (Danny) Doherty, 16 Distillery Close, Waterside, Derry

It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Daniel (Danny) Doherty, suddenly at his home on February 11 2026. Late of 16 Distillery Close, Waterside and formerly of 12 Liscannor Park, Foyle Springs. May he rest in peace. Beloved son of the late Danny and Ann. Loving brother of John, Donna and Karen. Dearest brother-in-law of Jennifer and Alex. A much loved uncle of Danielle and Ben. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle and friends. Danny’s remains will be reposing at the McClafferty Funeral Home and Chapel Of Rest today (Saturday, February 14) from 6.00pm until 9.00pm. A humanist service will take place from there at 10.00am on Sunday, February 15. It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Martin Gallagher, peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family on February 13 2026. Late of 69 Amelia Court, Steelstown. May he rest in peace. Beloved husband of Patricia. Devoted father of Linda, Martin, Lisa, Rachel and the late Paul. Dearest father-in-law of Nigel, Charmaine, Liam and Stevie. A much loved granda to all of his loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. A dear brother of Mary and the late Charlie. Francis O’Loughlin, 29 Brennan Court, Magherafelt

The death has taken place of the late Francis O’Loughlin, February 13 2026, (suddenly but peacefully), 29 Brennan Court, Magherafelt, beloved partner of the late Susan, much loved son of the late Patrick and Eileen and loving brother of Betty, Gerard and the late Patsy, Hugh, Margaret, Anthony and Harry. Francis’s wake and funeral arrangements have yet to be finalised, we will update them here as soon as they become available. “House Strictly Private”. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing brother, sister, nieces, nephews and all the family circle.
