Margaret Guy, Limavady

The death has occurred of the late Margaret Guy, Passed away peacefully at her own home on January 10 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Much loved mother of Sonya (William), Frances (Mark), Mark (Anthea) and the late Alan, Joey and Stephen R.I.P also a devoted Grandmother and Great Grandmother. House strictly private please, close family only to call at her Daughter Sonya's home, 22 Drumceatt Park, Limavady. All welcome to attend a graveside service in St Mary's graveyard, Irish Green Street, Limavady on Monday at 2.00pm. Followed by burial. David George Lyons, 46 Liffock Avenue, Castlerock

The death has occurred of the late David George Lyons, January 10 2026, (peacefully) at Meadowbank Care Home, Omagh, late of 46 Liffock Avenue, Castlerock and formerly of 19 Erganagh Road, Omagh, dearly loved husband of the late Eileen, loving father of Rodney (Ruth), Adrian (Pip), Karen (Stephen) and Rena (Simon), a much loved granda and great-granda, a dear brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Funeral service in Lislimnaghan Parish Church on Monday at 1.00pm. Interment afterwards in adjoining churchyard. There is an opportunity to meet the family, at the church, from 12noon. James (Jim) McConnell, Portland, Oregano (Formerly of Derry)

Funeral arrangements for the late James (Jim) McConnell, December 1 2025, peacefully at his home in Portland, Oregan, beloved husband of Pat, loving father of Kathleen (Amy), Siobhan (Paul) and the late Mary, cherished son of the late Harry and Lena, dear and loving brother of Tess, Monica and the late Bobby and a caring uncle to all his nieces and nephews. Jim’s ashes will be reposing at the family home, 81 Lone Moor Road on Monday, January 12 from 11:00am. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 11:30am on Tuesday, January 13 in St. Columb’s Church, Longtower. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. The death has taken place of David Simpson, Passed away peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on January 9 2026. Late of 35 Derryork Road, Dungiven. Much loved husband of Athline, loving Father of the late Gareth, Devoted grandfather of Craig. Dear brother of Jack. Friends and family welcome to call at the family home. Funeral will leave his late home on Monday at 1.30pm for service in Bovevagh Parish Church at 2.00pm followed by burial in adjoining Churchyard. Dearly beloved wife of the late Hal and Donald McIlgorm, much loved mother of Valerie, Alistair and Ian, dearly loved mother-in-law to Irwin, Rosemary and Karen, dear grandmother and great-grandmother, beloved sister of Vivian, Wilfred and Ann Keys, Dorothy White and the late Joyce Loan. Funeral service in Ballywillan Presbyterian Church on Saturday, January 17 2026 at 12.00pm, followed by interment in Ballywillan Cemetery. No flowers, please.
