Finn Cassidy Coyle, Perth, Western Australia

It is with immense sadness that we announce the sudden and tragic passing of Finn Cassidy Coyle, (aged 21), Perth, Western Australia. Darling son of Jonathan (Joe) (Stepson of Anona) and Katie Coyle Melville (Stepson of Rob). Precious grandson of Alwyn and the late Margaret Coyle, formerly of Lismacarrol, Derry. Beloved brother of Connor and Emilie and brother in law of Ellie. Cherished nephew of Trevor Coyle, Michael and Vivian Coyle and Suzanne Chalkley. Dearest cousin of Sara, Ryan, Hannah, Jordan, Christian and Victoria. Deeply regretted by the wider family circle in Perth, Melbourne, USA and Northern Ireland. An immensely talented young man. Forever Young. Funeral will take place in Perth, WA and arrangements will be announced in due course.

Jane Jones (née Dalton), Manchester (formerly of Derry)

The death has taken place of Jane Jones (née Dalton), June 11 2025, Peacefully in Manchester. Beloved wife of Duncan and devoted mother of Elise, Ashley and Ryan. Dearest daughter of John and Monica, Bigwood Road, Ardmore, much loved sister of Michael, Penny, Gavin, Paula and Gary. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her wider family circle and her many friends, both in Manchester and Derry. Funeral arrangements to follow. Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.

Eileen McCafferty (née Jarvis), 25 Longtower Court, Derry

It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Eileen McCafferty née Jarvis peacefully at The Foyle Hospice on June 13 2025. Late of 25 Longtower Court. May she rest in peace. Beloved mother of Peter and Karen. A much loved mother-in-law of Colm. Devoted granny of Colm, Caitlin, Emma and Ryan. Dear wife of the late Damian. Dearest partner of the late Paul. Precious daughter of the late Sammy and Eileen. Loving sister of Mary, Pat, Celine, Jimmy, Janet, Lynn, Roy, and Julie. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, friends and neighbours. Eileen’s remains will be reposing at her sister Julie’s residence, 34 Bluebell Hill Gardens from 2.00pm this afternoon (Saturday, June 14). Funeral leaving from there on Monday, June 16 at 9:20am for 10.00am Requiem Mass in St. Columba’s Church, Longtower. We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Henry James “Seamus” McLaughlin, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on June 13 2025, may he rest in peace. Late of 11 Carnanbane, Dungiven, Co Derry, BT47 4SR. Beloved husband of Anne née Murphy. Loving father of Rory (Michelle), Orla Deighan (Canice), Seamus (Deborah), Nuala, Katie and the late Eunan R.I.P. (Mari). Much loved grandfather of Elisha, Eoin, Erin, Elanna, Jennifer, Rachel, Séamus, Lucia and Pádraig. Son of late Ena and Harry R.I.P ( Gortnaghey ) and dear brother of Dermot, Sinead Kelly, Kieran and the late Don and infants Miride and Ann R.I.P. Very deeply regretted by his sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces and nephews and the entire McLaughlin and Murphy family circles. It is with deep sorrow and regret that we announce the passing of Aisling Ní Néill (Feeny), June 13 2025, Peacefully at the Foyle Hospice surrounded by her loving family. R.I.P. Beloved daughter of Breige & Gerard and loving sister of Colleen (Dani), Aideen, Gearóid (Vanessa) and Micheál (Márie). Aisling is reposing at her late residence, 66 Main Street, Feeny. Funeral leaving from there on Monday, June 16 at 1.15pm for 2.00pm Requiem Mass in St. Joseph’s Church Fincarn. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. The death has taken place of the late Dick Philips, June 13 2025, beloved husband of Nan, loving father of Nikki and Kim, father-in-law of John and Paul, devoted grandfather of Ben, Charlotte, Henry and Daniel and dear brother of Imogene, Penna and Bill. All are welcome to pay their respects at the family home, 10A Tullanee Road, Eglinton, on Sunday from 2.00pm - 6.00pm. House private at all other times please. Funeral service will take place in St Canice’s Parish Church, Eglinton, on Monday at 1.00pm. Interment afterwards in the adjoining churchyard. Family flowers only please.
