The launch marks a significant step in Share Energy’s ongoing commitment to expanding and enhancing their technology-led commercial offering. With almost 40,000 customers across their portfolio, the locally-owned company continues to invest in innovative technology and customer-focused solutions to strengthen their service across both residential and commercial markets.
The new portal has been designed to provide commercial and energy-generating customers with a streamlined, efficient, and user-friendly way to manage their energy accounts. Tailored specifically to meet the more complex needs of business users, the platform offers enhanced functionality, greater transparency, and improved account control.

The portal has been developed by izon, a local Custom Software Development company that specialises in energy and asset management with expertise in the energy sector.
izon also created Share Energy’s residential customer portal, which offers intuitive account management, streamlined billing access, and improved customer support tools. The new Commercial Customer Portal builds on this proven foundation, introducing enhanced capabilities specifically tailored to business users and energy generators.
