Frosty but mostly dry this morning. During the afternoon scattered outbreaks of rain will develop in the west and will extend eastwards during the evening. Temperatures this afternoon between 6 and 9 degrees in light to moderate south to southeast winds, increasing fresh in the north and west in the evening.
