WATCH: Derry manager Dominic McKinley reacts to his side’s league final win

The Antrim man praised Ederney for hosting the game, but insists it should have been played elsewhere.

A five-point win over Sligo helped seal the Allianz Division 2B hurling league title for Derry this afternoon in Ederney.

Odhran McKeever hit 1-4 from play as Derry clinched victory by 1-23 to 2-15 in the Fermanagh sun.

Manager Dominic McKinley praised the commitment of the players and the host venue, but said the game should not have been played there.

He also took aim at the GPA, who he feels should be paying more attention as the debate over the venue rolled on throughout the week.
