Duffy was named PFA Ireland Men’s Player of the Year 2025 in November after scoring 12 goals and registering 11 assists

MICHAEL DUFFY HONOURED. . . . . .The Mayor of Derry City and Strabane District Council, Ruairi McHugh making a special presentation to Derry City footballer Michael Duffy, on his winning of the League of Ireland's Men's Player of the Year 2025 and in recognition of his exceptional skill, dedication and contribution to football in Derry and beyond.
