An investigation has been launched into an incident which has resulted in the North’s first Olypmic-size swimming pool being closed. The pool (pictured), opened in 2012 at Greenvale Leisure Centre In Magherafelt, Co Derry, was sealed off last night after an incident which saw a glass panel in the viewing gallery break and fall at the poolside. The spokesperson added: ”It is too early to say at this point how long the pool will be closed.
