Derry Magistrate's Court
A person has appeared at Derry Magistrate's Court following a breach of their bail conditions.
Lauren Devine (22) of Fountain Hill in Derry was on bail for disorderly behavior and criminal damage of a door handle belonging to the police.
They had been bailed on conditions including that they not enter the city side but was found by police to be intoxicated beside the City Hotel.
District Judge Ted Magill told Devine that 'bail conditions are not there for you to pick and choose', telling them that if they 'keep doing what you're doing you'll keep getting arrested'.
Bail was granted and they will appear again on October 29.
