Templemore Swimming Pools, Health Suite, and associated wet changing areas will be closed to the public from Monday, March 30 until Sunday, April 12 inclusive.

Derry City and Strabane District Council have advised that a temporary closure of some facilities at Templemore Sports Complex will take place next week to allow for essential maintenance works.

The Swimming Pools, Health Suite, and associated wet changing areas will be closed to the public from Monday, 30th March until Sunday, 12th April inclusive.

These necessary works are part of the Council’s ongoing commitment to ensuring that leisure facilities remain safe, functional, for all users. The Council apologises for any inconvenience caused during this period and appreciates the patience of the public while these essential works are carried out.

To ensure minimal disruption to fitness schedules, the Council is encouraging users to utilise alternative swimming and health suite facilities available at other Council facilities such as the Foyle Arena, the City Baths and Brooke Park Leisure Centre.

Those with membership at Templemore Sports Complex are advised that during this two-week period, all Templemore Sports Complex single-site memberships will be honoured at all other Council leisure sites. Members can simply present their credentials at the alternative locations to gain access.

All dry-side facilities at Templemore, including the gym and sports halls, will remain open as normal unless otherwise stated.

For further information or specific queries regarding bookings, please speak to a member of the Templemore Sports Complex staff or visit the Council website at www.derrystrabane.com/leisure.
