Strict bail conditions for Derry man facing threat charges

A man who was remanded in custody yesterday has been granted bail at Derry Magistrate's Court after being charged with sending threatening communication, making threats to kill and making threats to damage property.

Sean Brennan (25) of Moss Park in Derry was charged with the offences that were said to have occurred on March 1.

Bail was not objected to and he was released on a number of conditions, including that he resides in a local hotel, have no contact with the alleged injured parties, he not enter the city side and he not have a mobile phone or other Internet enabled devices.

He will appear again on March 9.
