Derry Magistrates Court
A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a series of drug charges.
Ben Sweeney (23) of no fixed abode appeared at a Preliminary Enquiry at Derry Magistrate's Court.
He faced a total of six charges including offering to supply cocaine and cannabis on various dates between March 2023 and March 2024.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
Sweeney said he did not wish to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage.

He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on March 20 and remanded in custody.
