Cathair Dhoire are set to face Abbey Vocational College in the MacRory Cup playoff.
The Derry side is made up of a number of schools across the city, including St Columb's College, St. Joseph’s and Lumen Christie.
In their way progressing to the next round is a Donegal school.
Cathair Dhorie progressed from their group on points difference.
The school will look to progress past the side that won the MacLarnon Cup last year, their first ever success in the competition.
They would go on to win the All-Ireland competition at this level.
Both clubs are featuring in this competition for the first time in their history.
The Donegal side are heavy favourites for the fixture, with the Derry side looking to upset the odds under the management of former All-Ireland winner Eamonn Burns.
Throw-in for the match is at 1:30 pm, in Convoy Donegal with the match being streamed free live on the Donegal GAA website, through this link.
