Hugh Patrick Curran, 1 Ardfoyle, Bishop's Street, Derry
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Hugh Patrick Curran, peacefully at Culmore Manor Care Home on 7th March 2023. Late of 1 Ardfoyle, Bishop's Street. Beloved son of the late Bridget and James. Loving brother of Peggy, Bernadette and the late Willie and Jimmy. A much loved uncle to all of his loving nieces and nephews. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle, friends and neighbours. Hugh's remains are now reposing at the McClafferty Funeral Home and Chapel of Rest. Funeral leaving from there on Thursday, 9th March at 9.30am for 10.00am Requiem Mass in St. Mary's Church, Creggan. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sally Hegarty (née O’Kane), 2 Cable Street, Derry
The death has taken place of Sally Hegarty (née O’Kane), 8th March 2023, (peacefully) at Altnagelvin Hospital, (formerly of Waterloo Street), beloved wife of Willie, loving Mother of Ella and Frankie, devoted grandmother of Jack, Diarmuid and Andrea, dear mother-in-law to Paula and Kevin, loving sister of Rosaleen, Mary, Terry and the late Peggy, Patsy, Eamon, Matt, John (Coogan) and Rodger. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle. Funeral leaving her home, 2 Cable Street on Friday, 10th March at 9.20am to St. Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 10.00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Beloved husband of Iris, Loving father of Rosalind, Catherine and Angela. Dear father-in-law of Warren, Colin, Micheál and Donald and a devoted grandfather of Hannah, Eva, Corinne, Beth, Isla and Thomás. Dearly loved son of Mike and Margaret, much loved brother of Laura, brother-in-law of Mike, loving uncle of Sophia and dear grandson of Jeannie McMullan. House strictly private.
