WATCH: Dungiven family transforms their home with thousands of lights to raise funds for school

Every Christmas, the Moore family have been turning their home, on the outskirts of Dungiven, into a magical winter wonderland

A County Derry family have covered their home with an incredible festive light display to raise funds for a local primary school.

Every Christmas, the Moore family have been turning their home, on the outskirts of Dungiven, into a magical winter wonderland.

The Gelvin Road property, which has been decorated annually for more than two decades now, is covered in thousands of lights.

The garden features many different figures, including Santas, snowmen, elves and even has the famous Coca-Cola truck.

People have been coming in their droves to view the beautiful display which this year is raising funds for Drumrane Primary School.

Stacey Mullan, whose parents own the house, said: “Every year the display just keeps getting bigger and bigger.  We have a donation box out at the gate where people can very kindly donate towards Drumrane Primary School.”

Everyone is welcome to come and view the display.
