WATCH: Brilliant Irish teen performs on popular BBC New Year's Eve show

Seventeen-year-old Muireann Bradley from Ballybofey showed her comfort in performing with a star-studded cast a she chimed in the New Year impressively last night on BBC's Jools' Annual Hootenanny

Seventeen-year-old Muireann Bradley put on a stirring showing on Jools' Annual Hootenanny on BBC2.

Millions watched the Ballybofey native's performance of Candyman on the show presented by Jools Holland.

The show was broadcast on New Year's Eve as an end-of-year special edition of his series.

Alongside her, rock legend Rod Stewart made his Hootenanny debut, and was joined by other favourites from Joss Stone and Olivia Dean to Paul Jones, PP Arnold, Raye, Sugababes and The Mary Wallopers.
