IN PICTURES: Foyle Foodbank says thank you to ‘hundreds of donors’ in Derry

Celebrating the schools, shops, and bars that went above and beyond for our 2025 appeal

Foyle Network Foundation is incredibly privileged to have hundreds of donors across the city supporting our work through financial contributions, food donations, volunteering and ongoing fundraising efforts.

Every single act of kindness makes a difference, and this year the organisation wanted to recognise supporters who have gone the extra mile, particularly in supporting our 2025 Christmas Appeal, but all year round.

Local businesses were also recognised for their generosity.

To all of Foyle Foodbank’s donors across the city, thank you. Your support allows the organisation to continue helping people and families when it matters most.

Mayor Ruairí McHugh made presentations of thanks on behalf of Foyle Network Foundation.

PICTURED BELOW: Rosemount Primary School marked their sixth annual donation, with pupils and staff fundraising through bake sales, Christmas Jumper Day, and even a rickety wheel fundraiser, showing what true community spirit looks like.
