Down Memory Lane: More Derry faces from the Derry News (2002)

Group pictured at the 3-Way Video Conferencing Link up, held in the North-West Teachers' Centre, between representatives from schools in the Western Education and Library Board, together with Board members and staff, from Derry, Fermanagh and Omagh to see the launch of the Board's new computerised Comments/Complaints Policy. The new policy incorporates an "on-line" response facility and is the first of its kind in the North. Customers can respond "on-line" which will enable the Board to finely tune and respond to specific customer needs. Included, from left, are Anne Harrigan, Michael Cunningham, Thelma McDonnell, Brendan McMurray, W.E.L.B. district office members.
