Funeral arrangements for the late Danny Burke, Died September 9 2025, peacefully at hospital surrounded by his loving family Danny (Rasharkin & formerly Kilrea), beloved husband of Ellen (née Donaghy); loving father of Paul, Steven, Richard and Adrian; father-in-law of Michelle, Angie and Charlene and much adored Granda of Reuben, Parker, Gracie, Lúiseach, Sean, PJ, Megan, Rose and James. Dear brother of Eileen (McClements), Celine (McAllister), Bridie, Patricia (Keenan), James, Bernadette (Farren), Christina (Steenson), Tommy, Carmel (Quigg) and the late Rose Hegarty, Mary Rafferty and infant John. N.B. Danny Doherty, 25 Abbey House, Derry (formerly of Tyrconnell Street)

The death has taken place of the late Danny Doherty, September 9 2025, peacefully at his home, 25 Abbey House, surrounded by his loving family, (formerly of Tyrconnell Street), beloved husband of Sheila, loving father of Valerie and Grace and a devoted father-in-law of Rhian and Rachel. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle and all his friends. Danny will be reposing at his nephew’s home, 31 Burnside Manor, Killea on Wednesday 10th September from 4:00pm. Family time please from 9:00pm to 11:00am. Funeral leaving 31 Burnside Manor, Killea on Friday, September 12 at 9:20am to St. Eugene’s Cathedral for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. The death has taken place of the late Mary Gorman (née McGarrigle), September 10 2025, suddenly at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved wife of the late Jack, loving mother of Raymond, Philip, Corinne and Peter, devoted grandmother of Caoimhe, Aoife and Minei, dear mother-in-law to Massimo and Tamaki and a dear and loving aunt and great-aunt.
