Suspected class A drugs found in 'deal bags' inside car stopped in Magherafelt area
A teenager who was arrested in Co Derry on suspicion of drugs offences has been released on bail.
The 18 year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of drugs offences after police stopped a car in the Highfield Road area of Magherafelt in the early hours of this morning, Friday, October 23, has been released on bail to allow for further police enquiries.
The man had been stopped by officers on proactive mobile at around 12.20am, and following a search of the vehicle, quantities of what police believe to be the class A drug Ketamine were found in ‘deal bags’ and were seized.
Enquiries are ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to contact police via 101, and quote reference number 26 of 23/10/26.
