Granaghan and District Women's Group, Swatragh, organised another extremely enjoyable Jumping Clay workshop for children, on Saturday afternoon, March 15. On this occasion, the model was a cute leprechaun with his pot of gold.
Twenty eight children, 15 girls and 13 boys, were lucky to secure a place and, under the expert guidance of Pauline Welsh from Jumping Clay Magherafelt, and her two helpers, Connie and Kate, they all created a fabulous leprechaun, complete with a rainbow and a pot of gold!
This latest workshop was subsidised by the local women’s group in Swatragh.
The women's group would like to thank committee members Annie, Noelle, Shauna, Siobhan, Ann, and Deirdre for all their help on the day and beforehand.
At Easter, the women’s group have planned, not one, but two CRAFT TEDDIES workshops, to cater for demand. Details of these will be released shortly.
