Foyle Obon, a pioneering Japanese Arts organisation, based at the Playtrail, Racecourse Road, Derry, held their community Christmas concert last weekend at Lisneal College.
On the night they was a selection of taiko drumming, home-made Japanese food and their legendary Christmas quiz!
Hailing the night as a brilliant success, a spokesperson said: "Huge thanks to our extended Foyle Obon family, to all the performers and volunteers and to the Public Health Agency and The Arts Council of Northern Ireland for supporting this opportunity to celebrate with our community!"
Foyle Obon are leading the way in the development and delivery of Japanese arts in Northern Ireland.
They focus on working to build community and understanding through celebrating and sharing Japanese arts.
