A warning has been issued about the threat of electric shock and fire from a charging product sold widely in Ireland.
The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) has warned that the product does not comply with the requirements of the relevant safety standard.
The brand is Sarina. The product code shown on the price sticker and your receipt will be either 376020, 376026 and 376027. The type/number of the models are the following:
UK-SA-WUSB-BLSH
UK-SA-WUSB-WHT
UK-SA-WUSB-DDL
The batch number and the barcode are unknown.

The CCPC said there are approximately 454 affected products in the Republic of Ireland. The affected products were sold in stores between May and June 2023.
Customers should stop using the product immediately, the CCPC outlines, and return it to any TK Maxx or Homesense store for a full refund.
