Detectives investigating the murder of journalist Lyra McKee in Derry almost three years have arrested five men.

The men, a 20 year old, two 21 year olds,  a 41 and 54 year old, were arrested in the cityside this morning under the Terrorism Act and have been taken to the Serious Crime Suite at Musgrave Police Station in Belfast for interview.

Ms McKee, 19, was shot dead by a New IRA gunman while watching rioting in the Fanad Drive area of Creggan on April 9, 2019.
