A GoFundMe to help the people of Burnfoot has so far raised €1,000 in ten hours. The funding campaign was started by Stephen O'Donnell and has received donations from 27 people after it was started last night. The money raised will go towards helping the people of Burnfoot and the surrounding areas that were devastated by the floods, said Stephen. "These people have been left homeless and the contents of their homes have been destroyed by the floods," he said. "These people where unable to get insurance as they are in an area liable to flood and now their possessions are lost." You can find a link to the GoFundMe page here.
